Wilma Knieriem, 92, of Frostburg, went home to be with her Lord, Sunday, September 11, 2016, at the WMHS Frostburg Nursing and Rehab facility.
Born on July 7, 1924, in Lonaconing, Md, she was the daughter of the late James C. and Margaret (Frye) Mackey. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, William Knieriem; a son Charles Knieriem; and her two sisters, Hilda E. Yost and Edriess Stahlman.
Mrs. Knieriem was a member of Grahamtown Gospel Hall, where she faithfully served the Lord for many years.
Surviving is her daughter, Kathleen Moose and husband David, Strongsville, OH; grandchildren, Stephen and Nathan Moose; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Interment will be held at Frostburg Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations, in Wilma’s name, be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation or WMHS Nursing and Rehab Center.
