Toby Feddis

Toby Morrissey (Durst) Feddis, 86, passed away on November 11, 2024 at UPMC Western MD with her children by her side.

Toby was the daughter of, Margaret and Bernard Morrissey.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, John C. Durst and Dr. Robert "Robin" Feddis.

Toby had a Master of Education and worked in the Allegany County School system teaching 4th graders.

Surviving are her son; John "Jay" and Krista Durst; granddaughters, Lauren Yoder (Jared) and Kelsie Fine (Justin), great granddaughters, Olive Yoder and Lenny Fine, daughter, Jan and Brad Smith and grandson, Ian; brother, Bernard Morrissey; sisters, Wendelle Heavner and Bernadette Scarborough.

Toby was cremated in accordance with her wishes. There will be no visitation.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held as St. Patrick's Church, 201 N Center St, Cumberland on, Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 11:00 am.

A Private Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Allegany County Animal Shelter, 716 Furnace St, Cumberland, MD in her memory.
