Richard E. Lashley

Richard E. Lashley, 70, passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2022, at UPMC Western Maryland Hospital.

Born on May 23, 1952, to the late Robert J. and Elva J. (Baker) Lashley. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brother, Robert Dale Lashley.

Richard was U.S. Army Veteran volunteer during Vietnam. He loved Harley Davison and was a member of the Cresaptown Eagles #2883 and National Hot Road Association (NHRA).   

Surviving are wife, Sandy Lashley; children, Troy Lashley and wife Angel, Benjamin Lashley, Scott Criger, Angela Westfall and husband Justin; stepchildren, Eric Ritchie and wife Heather, Rebekah Clark and husband Zach, Jacob Ritchie and wife Celeste; 14 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sister, Kay Ryan; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Avenue, Frostburg, MD on Saturday, September 10,2022 from 10 am to 12 noon. Funeral Services will follow at 12 noon with Rev. George Harpold officiating.

Interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
