Raymond Randall
93, passed away on Monday, March 23, 2015, at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center.
Born March 22, 1922, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late John W. and Minnie Ellsworth Randall.
In addition to his parents, Raymond was preceded in death by his wife Hazel Hoover Randall; brother, John K. Randall; and sisters, Dorothy Phillips, Helen Rice, Marion Shadwell, Janet Wade, Jane Randall and Ruth Bittner.
Mr. Randall was an Army veteran of WWII where he attained the rank of Staff Sargent, serving in the 182 nd Field Artillery Battalion.
Raymond retired from Winchester Memorial Hospital where he served as Department Head of the Neuro and Diagnostic Lab. He was a member and deacon of the First English Baptist Church of Frostburg, and a member of Farrady Post #24 American Legion.
Surviving are his daughter, Nancy DeHaven and husband Robert, Lansdale, PA; granddaughters, Wendy Provencher and Carrie DeHaven; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Interment will follow at Emmanuel Methodist Church Cemetery. Military honors will be accorded by Farrady Post #24 American Legion Honor Guard.
