Raymond Minnick

Raymond Francis Minnick, 74, of Frostburg, passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at the Frostburg Village Nursing Home.
Born April 30, 1939 in Frostburg to the late Marion J. Minnick and Mildred I. (Jefferies) Minnick. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by four brothers, Robert J. Minnick and wife Isabel, James B. Minnick, Joseph Minnick and John Minnick.
Mr. Minnick was retired from Kaiser Refractories of Mt. Savage. He was Catholic by faith and graduated from Beall High School in 1957. Raymond loved country music and played multiple instruments; but most of all, he loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Surviving are his loving wife of 53 years, Mary Ann (Coleman) Minnick; son, Mark Minnick and fiancé Traci Finzel; two daughters, Cinda Wiland and husband David, and Cheryl McKenzie and fiancé Barry Glotfelty; ten grandchildren, Nicholas, Andrew, Chris, Ty, Tyler, Katie, Sarah, Adam, Lindsey, and Ryan; two great grandchildren, Savana and Jerad; one sister, Leona Agnes Baker; and numerous nieces and nephews.
