Nevin Bittner

Nevin Junior Bittner, 60, passed away on Monday, October 2, 2017.
Born on February 7, 1957, in Frostburg, he was the son of Marlene (Grimes) Bittner and the late Nevin C. Bittner.
Nevin was a graduate of Beall High School. He was a member of the Big Savage Sportsman’s Club, Piney Mountain Sportsman’s Club. He loved hunting and fishing and the outdoors.
Surviving in addition to his mothers are; brother, David E. Bittner and fiancé Patty Patton, Frostburg; sister, Janet R. Bittner-Benish and husband John, Owings, MD; sons, Nevin Robert Bittner and Daniel Lee Bittner and wife Nicole; nephews, John and Jacob Benish; niece, Julie Benish; and ex-wife, Deborah Hardman Bittner.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Allegany Methodist Church in Zihlman on Saturday, October 7, 2017, at 11 am with Pastor Jim Jeffries officiating. Dress as Nevin would expect you.
Inurnment will Frostburg Memorial Park.
The family requests that no flowers be ordered for the services. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations, in Nevin’s name, to the charity of your choice.
