Nathaniel Dye

Nathaniel A. Dye, 34, of Eckhart, passed away on Friday, January 10, 2025.

Born May 21, 1990 to William Dye and Brenda (Cameron) Dye. He is preceded in death by his father; brothers, William Dye II and John Dye Sr., grandparents, James and Hughlene Cameron and Jacob and Angie Dye.

Nathan attended Beall High School; he enjoyed writing stories and spending time with his boys. His legacy leaves him as a full time loving father, devoted son, and uncle.

He is survived by his loving sons; William (Bill) Dye III, and Idan Dye; his mother, Brenda Dye, his son's mother, Misty (Brode) Dye; aunts and uncles,

James and Lisa Cameron, Hugh and Brenda Cameron, Ruth and Frank Walker, Delores and Mike Wilhelm, Lois Whetstone, Dorothy Myers, Sharon Thomas, Roy and Linda Dye, Paul Dye, Anna Thomas and Ed, Peggy Dye, and Charlene Dye; very special nieces and nephews; John Jr., Aiden, Hannah, Emilee, Haileigh, Eithan, Fiora, Destiney, Patrick, and Delia; sister-in-law, Keesha; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A funeral service will be held at Durst Funeral Home, Frostburg, on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 12 noon with Pastor Everett Spence and Rev. Dian Wilhelm-Reyes officiating. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be William Smith, John Dye Jr., Aiden Dye, Eithan Warnick, Hugh Cameron, Jeff Whetstone; honorary pallbearer, James Cameron Jr.

Internment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
