Kenneth Bittner

Kenneth Emanuel Bittner, 84, of Frostburg, died Thursday, August 22, 2013 at his residence.
Born March 31, 1929 in Finzel, he was the son of Emanuel Bittner and Ivy Bucklew. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Ruth Naomi (Porter) Bittner in 2000 and one son, Matthew Bittner in 2011.
Mr. Bittner was an active member of Cumberland 7 th Day Adventist Church. He enjoyed his close friends at Ponderosa “Breakfast Club” daily meetings. He was a retired truck driver for Pitt Ohio, worked for Sensabaugh Contracting, and formerly an independent driver.
Surviving are two daughters, Sharon Naomi Cutter and husband Larry, and Faith Ann Leasure and husband Brian; son, Mark Bittner and wife Patti; eight grandchildren, Toby Cutter and wife Charlotte, Larry “Bud” Cutter and wife Joyce, Tonia Collins and husband Kerry, Blaine Leasure and wife Sasha, Lindsay Leasure, Joshua Bittner and wife Tasha, Justin Bittner and Jacob Bittner; three great grandchildren, T.J. Cutter, Ashley Cutter and Kylee Bittner; and brother and best friend, George Bittner
