John Arnone

John Richard Arnone , 73, passed away on Thursday, February 07, 2013 at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center.
Born May 16, 1939 in Frostburg to the late Samuel and Jennie (Arnone) Arnone. In addition to his parents his is preceded in death by three brothers, Tony, Michael and Victor; two sisters, Susan Greco and Emma Fiumara.
John was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church, Frostburg and the Cresaptown Eagles #2883. He was the former owner and operator of The Bowery Bar and later worked for F.S.U as a painter.
Surviving are his three sisters, Carmela Stanton, Frostburg, Joanne Vera, FL, Mary Theresa Barranco, Whiteford, MD; three brothers, Francis Arnone, LaVale, Joseph Arnone, Frostburg, Thomas Arnone, WV; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Arnone was cremated in accordance with his wishes.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Michaels Catholic Church, 44 E. Main Street, Frostburg, on Monday, February 11, 2013 at 11 am with Fr. Ed Hendricks as celebrant. A bereavement dinner will be held following the services in St. Michaels’ Hall.
