Jim Kevin Kerr
53, formerly of Frostburg, passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2013, at Northside Hospital in Atlanta, GA.
Born on March 18, 1960, in Frostburg to Charles E. “Chill” Kerr and Dorothy (Festerman) Kerr. He is preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Craig Kerr and Charles Kerr.
Jim was an U.S. Air Force veteran and employed as an Engineer with A.T. & T.
Surviving are his brother, Jeff Kerr and wife Robin, Cumberland; special niece Dana Denault and husband Tommy, Highland, MD; nephew, Mark Kerr and wife Amy, niece, Carla Maust and husband Len; great nieces and nephews; and many friends.
Jim was cremated in accordance with his wishes.
