Harriet (Babcock) Roe

Harriet B. (Babcock) Roe , 69, of Frostburg, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2013 at Frostburg Village Nursing Care Center after a long battle with cancer.
Born September 25, 1943 in Lynn, Massachusetts to Kenneth Babcock and Thelma (Cahoon) Babcock. She is preceded in death by her parents, and one sister, Susan Bisignano.
Harriet was retired as an Administrative Secretary for MetLife in Boston, Mass. She was a 1961 graduate of Beall High School and Chandler Business College in Boston.
Surviving are a son, Andrew Roe, Mesa, Az.; two grandchildren, Spencer Roe and Casey Roe, Mesa, Az; three sisters, Jane Eberly and husband David, Burke, Va, Elizabeth Simpson and husband Bill, LaVale and Marcia Smith and husband Harry, LaVale and several nieces and nephews.
Harriet will be cremated in accordance with her wishes. Services will be private.
