Grace Deal

Grace Amelia Deal, 75, passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at UPMC Western Maryland.

Born on September 8, 1945, in Frostburg, she was the daughter of the late Edgar Wilson and Dortha Helen (Imes) Shannon.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Deal, Jr; and grandsons, Hank Williams Jr Groves and Charles Groves.

Grace was a homemaker and went to the Cresaptown United Methodist Church. She was the Past Pocahontas of the Petunia Council #10, Degree of Pocahontas of the Improved Order of Redmen.

Surviving are her children Suzzanne Leece and husband Bob, Lori Ann Butler and husband Bobby and Kimberly L. Deal; grandchildren, Willie J. Groves, James Admiral-Ray Poling, Samuel R. Rounds, Tyler L. Rounds, Taylor L. Rounds and Garth David Poling; great-grandchildren Bensen Groves, Keira Poling, Kailey Groves, Hunter Rounds, Ryan Groves, Noah Rounds and Amelia Rounds.

Services will be private at the funeral home but a public graveside service will be held at Frostburg Memorial Park on Thursday, November 12, 2020, at 2:30 pm.
