Emmagene Jenkins

Emmagene Jenkins, 85, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 3, 2017, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Born on January 11, 1932, she was the daughter of the late William Witte.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by daughter, Terry Rice, five sisters and two brothers.
Mrs. Jenkins was a graduate of Beall High School. She was a homemaker and loved crossword puzzles and word searches. She watched her grandchildren while their parents were at work and was a huge Elvis fan.
Surviving are her husband of 68 years, Robert Kenneth Jenkins; daughters, Vicky Evans and husband William, Brenda Ruby and husband Andy, Roxann Rice and husband Randy and Robin Moore and husband Brian; grandchildren, Whitney Costello and husband Nicholas, Leslie Pace and husband Michael, Windy Yates and husband Mike, Derek Ruby, Colt Ruby and wife Tara, Randy Lee and wife Brandi, Scott Rice and wife Kim, Marissa Moore, Shane Baer and Aydin Moore; great-grandchildren, Alexis Gaughan, Kenly Pace, Cailyn Yates, Kelsey Yates and Grayson Rice; brother, William Witte and wife Leslie and their daughter Heidi and granddaughter, Sheridan; special sister-in-law, Joann Arnold; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Avenue, Frostburg, MD, on Friday, October 6, 2017, from 11 am to 1 pm.
Funeral services will follow at 1 pm with Rev. Jim Jefferies officiating.
Interment will at Frostburg Memorial Park. Her grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
Emmagene loved her family and spending time with them. She will be greatly missed.
