77, of Frostburg, passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at Frostburg Village Nursing Care Center.
Born on June 3, 1937 in Frostburg to the late Norman Bittinger and Ida (Bittinger) Bittinger.
She is retired as an administrative secretary of Frostburg Village Nursing Care Center.
Surviving are her husband of 56 years Carl E. Baer; daughter, Carla Frazee and husband Scott of Clarysville; son, Stephen Baer and wife Beth of Frostburg; three grandchildren, Taylor Marie Frazee and Tylor Scott Frazee, Stephen Lee Baer; sisters, Hazel Hostetler and husband Paul of Frostburg, Ruby Michaels and husband Michael of Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews.
