Cathy Crowe

Cathy J. Crowe, 58, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at UPMC Western Maryland Hospital.

Born on April 17, 1964 to Catherine (Atkinson) and Richard “Dick” Connor.

She is preceded in death by her father, Richard “Dick” Connor.

Cathy retired from Frostburg Pharma Care as a pharmacy tech and was a member of Divine Mercy Parish. She loved her german shepherd Vixon, was an avid collector of bears and loved decorating for all the seasons and holidays. Most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving are her husband, Bill Crowe; daughter, Cassie Shugars; grandchildren, Katie Shockey, Taylor Shockey and Chloe Shugars. She also leaves behind her mother, Catherine (Atkinson) Connor and her brothers, Dennis Connor and wife Leslie and Jeff Connor.

Family and friends will be received at Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Avenue, Frostburg, MD on Monday, April 25, 2022 from 12 pm to 2 pm. A funeral service will follow at 2 pm.

Internment will be at Frostburg Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Avenue, Frostburg, Maryland to help offset the cost of the funeral.
