Carol J. Gomer

Carol J. Gomer, 74, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at UPMC Western Maryland.

Born on April 7, 1948 to the late Anna (Deal) and William Weslow. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, George D. Gomer Sr.; sisters, LaVerne Bridges and Anna May Rankin; brother, William "Freddy" Weslow.

Carol was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. She had a great fondness of her dogs and cats, as well as donating to various charitable foundations.

Surviving are one son, George D. Gomer, Jr.; daughter, Jennifer L. (Gomer) Nicol and husband Bill; three grandchildren, Jesse Nicol, Ami Nicol and their father, Ron, and Christopher David Gomer; brothers, Harvey Weslow and wife Kay and Stanley Weslow and wife Shirley; sister, Shirley Pryor; numerous nieces and nephews and neighbors, Noreen and Stevie.

Carol will be cremated and there will be no services in accordance with her wishes.
