Anna Mears

Anna “Juanita” Mears, 83, of Frostburg, passed away on October 27, 2021 at her home.

Born on February 19, 1938, to the late Carl Lester and Mary Joseph (Fair) Hausrath. She is also preceded in death by her brother, Carl Hausrath and sister, Freda Johns.

Juanita was a homemaker and enjoyed spending her free time crocheting and gardening.

Surviving are husband of 62 years, William “Glenn” Mears; daughter, Lori Mears; son William Glenn Mears Jr. and wife Marlene; grandchildren, Zachary and Devin Mears and brother Gene Hausrath.

Family and friends will be received at Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Avenue, Frostburg, MD on Saturday, October 30, 2021, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 pm with Rev. George Harpold Officiating.

Internment will be at Frostburg Memorial Park.
