Alberta Annie Brown
85, of Frostburg, passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2014, at WMHS Regional Medical Center.
Born August 6, 1928 in Borden Maryland, to the late Charles Siegmyer and Delphia Lashbaugh. She is also preceeded in death by her friend and ex-husband, Harold L. “Sam” Brown, September 3, 2002; three brothers, William Siegmyer, Edward Siegmyer, Raymond Siegmyer; three sisters, LaVernia McKinley, Lillian Lochard, Armeda Shears.
Alberta was the last surviving member of her family. She was also a homemaker and a member of the Emmanuel Methodist Church Rt. 40 west of Frostburg.
Surviving are one daughter, Mary Gracie and husband James, Frostburg; one grandson, Joseph Willison Jr. and fiancée Marene Hostler, Cumberland.
