Rose Marie Kilduff, 93, passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2017, at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
Born on December 22, 1923, in Mt. Savage, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary (Carney) Fannon.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas G. Kilduff; daughter, Patricia Morse and three brothers and two sisters. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Mrs. Kilduff was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Mt. Savage, St. Patrick’s Ladies’ Sodality and the Catholic Daughters of America. She love spending winters in Florida with her daughter Peggy.
Surviving are two sons, Thomas E. Kilduff, Sr. and Michael J. Kilduff and wife Barbara; daughters, Peggy Menefee and husband Dean, and Catherine Bird; grandchildren, Michelle Kilduff, Susan Kilduff, Thomas E. Kilduff, Jr, Dr. Eric Morse and wife Leah, Amy Morse, David Morse, Gregory Kline and wife Kara, Steven Kline, Brian Bird and wife Lauren, Grant Kilduff and Ben Kilduff; step-grandson, Robert Menefee; great grandchildren, Lydia Kline, Madelyn Kline, Brice Bird and Brody Morse; son-in-law, George Morse; sister-in-law, Mary Margaret Coyle; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Avenue, Frostburg, MD on Friday, March 24, 2017, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Mt. Savage, on Saturday, March 25, 2017, at 10 am with Fr. John Paul Kuzma, OFM Cap, serving as celebrant.
Rose Marie’s grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Interment will follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
